By accessing or using Lettings Compliance Tracker, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Description of Service
Lettings Compliance Tracker is a SaaS platform for tracking property compliance certificates (Gas Safety, EPC, EICR, and more) for UK landlords and letting agents. The service provides tracking and reminders only and does not provide legal or compliance advice.
Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- One account per person unless agreed in writing.
Subscription & Payment
Landlord: £9.99/month, Portfolio: £24.99/month, Agency: £79/month.
Payments are processed by Stripe and subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled.
You may cancel at any time. No refunds for partial months.
Free Plan
We offer a free Starter plan with no payment required. The Starter plan is limited to 3 properties and core compliance features. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time.
Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse the service or attempt unauthorised access.
- Do not upload malicious files or harmful content.
- Do not use the service for illegal purposes.
Data Protection
We process your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Full details of how we collect, use, and protect your data are set out in our Privacy Policy.
You retain ownership of your data and grant us a licence to process it solely for the purpose of delivering the service.
Third-Party Services
The service relies on third-party providers including Stripe (payment processing), Supabase (data storage), Resend (email delivery), and Vercel (hosting). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the practices or policies of third-party service providers.
Intellectual Property
We own the platform and all related intellectual property. You retain ownership of your uploaded content.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and is not a substitute for professional compliance advice. We do not guarantee legal compliance; you are responsible for ensuring your properties meet regulatory requirements.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Data is deleted 30 days after termination.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
